No equipment? No problem! Whether you are a complete novice, getting back into training after a break, or feel you don't have a lot of space in your home training area, I customise our training sessions to suit your current circumstances and help you to put into a place a progression plan.
I have a keen interest in helping you to become more familiar with and enjoy weight training and the fitness journey you want to embark on. Using a range of exercises and training methods to get the best out of you in our sessions, I can help you on your journey to starting your new fitness regime and helping you to stick to it.
As well as ONLINE 1:1 sessions I also provide an ONLINE COACHING package for those who are looking for training programmes to be provided, as well as nutrition advice and weekly check-ins for accountability.
